The Task
Snapback Digital was tasked with helping BetterPT reach new patients and educating them on the value of the BetterPT platform. There was a need to amplify Direct Access, which is a policy that removes state law mandates of a physician referral to access a physical therapists’ services.
Ad Management
Our targeted ads focused on promoting two elements: the platforms convenience and patient self-referrals. Short videos highlighting key app features went a long way in proving BetterPT’s value.

We worked closely with BetterPT to build a robust content strategy across social channels and their blog that focused on achieving a few different goals: brand awareness, app downloads, and consumer education.
