Sofiacashmere has a successful business selling its high-quality cashmere products to major retailers like Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms and Saks Fifth Avenue, but lacked and effective way to sell its products direct to consumer.
Sofiacashmere came to Snapback Digital seeking to improve its B2C sales. In addition to creating channels to sell direct to consumer, Sofiacashmere also wanted to be able to maintain a portion of its wholesale business online.
The first step to improving B2C sales was rebuilding Sofiacashmere’s website and focusing on simplicity and mobile accessibility. We added wholesale capabilities and custom pricing among other features.
